Where will my items be shipped?
All items will be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout. You can input a different address in the "Ship to" section on the checkout page if you wish to have your items shipped to a different address than your billing address.

Absolutely. We use the latest in SSL technology to ensure all of the information entered into our site is safe & secure. All payments are processed directly through Paypal or Square and are not stored on our site or servers. You will not have to enter any sensitive financial information on our site as Paypal/Square will handle it all.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately we can not accept returns or exchanges due to the ordering of a wrong size. Please view the size chart listed on each item's page to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.
My item is defective. Can I exchange it?
If the item you received is defective or has noticeable blemishes caused by us during production, we will offer an exchange of that item at no cost. The item must be returned unwashed & unworn in order to qualify for an exchange. The defective claim must be made within 7 days of delivery.
How do I make an exchange?

When can I expect my items to ship?
Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days excluding holidays. But bear in mind that our production schedule fluctuates at certain times of the year so this can be pushed back a few days during high demand and holiday season.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, sort of. During the ordering process, you can make changes or cancel your order at any time. But, as soon as the ordering process has ended and production begins, we can not accept any order changes or cancellations.
To request to cancel or edit your order, please Contact Us with your order number and billing name and we will be glad to handle that request for you.
What is the Monthly Pickup shipping option all about?
Good question! We have worked out an agreement with the school PTA where they will pickup orders on a monthly basis to save you guys on the shipping cost. The only downside to this option is it may take some additional time to get your items to you. For example if you place your order at the beginning of the month, it may not be picked up until toward the end of the month so keep that in mind when selecting this shipping option. But if you get your order in by the 15th of each month, it will be ready by the end of that same month. Any order placed after the 15th may not be ready until the end of the following month.
